An established Marion-area builder.

Founded and operated by Richard McDonald, McDonald and Sons Contracting LLC has spent more than a decade building affordable single-family homes in and around Marion County. We're a small, disciplined operation: a tight crew, predictable budgets, and a track record we can show on a map.

Our primary focus is new-home spec construction—projects we develop and build ourselves rather than custom commissions. That focus has produced a portfolio of completed homes priced for the local market and built to hold up.
